Attorney Marchese is a Death Penalty Qualified Attorney representing clients in both the guilt and innocence phase of the trial as well as the life or death phase of a homicide trial. He is also current on the ever changing laws in the State of Florida including experience in representing clients who have exposures of being sentenced to prison by enhanced penalty statutes, minimum mandatory sentences, habitual offenders, habitual violent offenders, and prison release re-offender laws.
Attorney Marchese also represents clients at the very beginning of the criminal charges handling bonds and at the very end, acting as appellate counsel handling appeals of any rulings from the trial judge.
